The property has a large pool, fruit -and herb garden, a spacious basement with good meeting facilities with solid audio/video/screen equipment including projector and whiteboard. Pool table and karaoke, as well as its own private tennis court.

The Algarve coast has miles and miles of white beaches, and beaches such as Praia da Rocha, Manta Rota, and Praia Verde are located close by the property.
