FAQs 

Can I check in earlier? 

Generally, no. The check in is set to be at 4pm as this gives us enough time to clean the house in between guests. If we have no guests the week prior, early check in may be available, but this is not something we can guarantee. If possible, we urge you to choose flights which accommodate with our check in times. Check out is 10am. 

Is the house close to beaches and/or shopping? 

Our closest beach is 5-8 minutes away by car! Vila Nova de Cacela, the closests village is also only 5 minutes away. Here you will find pubs, markets, a pharmacy, a police stations, and various shops. While a rental car may be beneficial, it is fully possible to cycle to the closest locations using the bicycles we have available. 

Can I bring my dog? 

Generally not, but upon special request it will be considered. We have heaps of farm animals surrounding the properties such as sheep and goats, and should anyone wish to bring their dog, we must assure certain precautions are taken. Dogs are not permitted in the pool and any dog must be kept on leash while walking off property or when the gate to the property is open to avoid other animals being chased and/or harmed. 

Service dogs are always welcome. 

What is included in the price? 

Bed linen, shower towels/pool towels, wifi, and cleaning after your stay is included in the price. If you are staying at Quinta do Tio Pedro, the tennis court and tennis rackets/tennis balls are also included.
Casa do Tio Pedro does not have a tennis court. Other requests such as wine from the wine cellar is not included.
